Position Summary:

Prepares or assists with the preparation of work schedules for various internal resources and, if required, employment agency pool personnel to ensure adequate coverage. In conjunction with requesting supervisory/managerial staff and work leader, plans and revises schedules to accommodate shift rotations, new-hire orientation, vacations, holidays and other employee requests for planned and unplanned time off.

Has responsibility to all parties involved for follow-up actions/communications of staffing/schedules, process plans and/or changes. Compiles, maintains and transmits payroll information; monitors agency contracts for compliance. Researches and resolves discrepancies. Prepares reports as requested. Anticipates and responds to managerial needs quickly and courteously.



Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent. Technical diploma or associates degree preferred.

2. One to two years experience in a clerical/secretarial position, including word processing responsibility.
