New Grad RN Medical Surgical Full Time Nights

MINIMUM EDUCATION: 

• Required-Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• Preferred-Academic bachelor's or master's degree in nursing

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 

• Required-None
• Preferred-Acute care and/or previous clinical nursing experience

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: 

• Currently authorized/licensed to practice in the State
• Current Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (American Red Cross or American Heart Association) if American Red Cross, must obtain American Heart Association within 60-days of hire
• TCAR within 12 months of hire/transfer date (Specific to Campus-refer to Attachment A)

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, and ABILITIES:

• Demonstrated proficiency and competency in acute care nursing
• Has effective interpersonal and communication skills and ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing
• Ability to use computer driven patient care equipment
