Executive Assistant Full Time Days Position Summary
Assists the CEO, and CFO with day-to-day operations by performing a variety of confidential secretarial and executive duties. Maintains excellent organizational and communication skills in dealing with physicians, staff, patients and the public where assertive but tactful demeanor is required. Maintains confidential files of correspondence and statistical reports and documents relative to the operations of hospital administration. Prepares confidential correspondence with little or no direction. Coordinates, assists and attends when necessary, a variety of meetings, seminars and /or programs. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
THE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT FULL TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.

Education/Other Qualifications
Minimum Education: Some college or vocational training required. Bachelor’s degree or professional training preferred.
Minimum Experience: 2 to 5 years of job-related experience required, including high-level administrative duties and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 5+ years of job-related experience preferred.
