This position is eligible for a $20,000 Sign-On Bonus!
Under the supervision of the Marked Director, the Nurse Manager oversees the day-to-day operation of the OR, Sterile Processing, and Pre-Op/PACU at our Fort Mill Hospital. This includes assistance with supervision of all personnel of procedures, ordering of supplies and equipment, and managing the schedules.

Excellent organization and communication skills; able to work well in a fast-paced environment; able to handle multiple priorities at one time; able to supervise multiple areas.
Qualifications
Education:
Required: Bachelor's degree in nursing required. MSN or MPH preferred.
Experience:
Required: 5+ years of experience in clinical-related specialty, OR experience preferred. 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse/related position.
Certifications:
Required: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. AHA BLS.
