Now Hiring: Patient Care Assistant – Med Surg Unit (Part Time | Day Shift)
Abrazo Arrowhead Campus | 67th Ave & W Union Hills Dr, Glendale, AZ
6 AM – 6 PM | 1-2 shifts per week
$1,250 Sign-On Bonus Available!

Are you ready to take the next step in your healthcare career? At Abrazo Arrowhead Campus, we’re seeking compassionate, reliable, and team-driven Patient Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our Medical-Surgical Unit during part-time day shifts.

In this role, you’ll be an essential part of our care team—helping patients feel safe, supported, and comfortable throughout their recovery.

What You'll Do:
• Support nursing staff in delivering exceptional patient care
• Assist with personal hygiene, vital signs, bed changes, and mobility
• Serve meals, offer nourishment, and help maintain a clean environment
• Prepare and care for medical equipment and supplies
• Work closely with RNs and supervisors under clear and supportive guidance

Qualifications:
✔️ Minimum:
• High School Diploma/GED OR valid CNA or PCA/PCT certificate
• Current CPR certification
• Willingness to complete EKG training for designated units

✔️ Preferred:
• One year experience in an acute care setting
• CNA/LNA certified through the Arizona State Board of Nursing
