Registered Nurse – ICU | PRN Nights (7PM–7:30AM)
Abrazo Arrowhead Campus | 67th Ave & W. Union Hills Dr, Glendale, AZ
Bring your critical care skills to a hospital that values compassion, teamwork, and clinical excellence. Abrazo Arrowhead Campus is hiring a PRN ICU RN for the Night Shift (7PM–7:30AM). If you want true flexibility while practicing at a high-acuity level, we’d love to hear from you.
Status & Schedule
- PRN (as needed) with nurse-driven flexibility
- Pick up shifts when it works for you via the unit’s open-shift board (based on census and unit needs)
- Weekend/holiday rotation may apply for certain shifts
Position Summary
As a Registered Nurse in our Intensive Care Unit, you’ll deliver individualized bedside care to critically ill patients, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and apply sound clinical judgment to lead care delivery. Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and managing patients requiring advanced cardiac, neuro, or hemodynamic support
- Developing and updating evidence-based care plans
- Delegating and supervising tasks across the care team
- Participating in hourly rounding and maintaining a safe, patient-centered environment
- Serving in charge capacity as needed

Qualifications
Education
- Required: Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Experience
- Required: Minimum 1 year of ICU or acute care experience
- Preferred: 2 years in ICU or Cardiac Stepdown with neuro/cardiac assessments and hemodynamic monitoring
- Specialty certification a plus
Licensure/Certifications
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Arizona
- BLS and ACLS (required per department/facility guidelines)
