Prepares conference rooms for meetings and completes miscellaneous facility related tasks. Assists Facilities Supervisor/Manager with a variety of facility related tasks. Codes invoices and acts as administrator for vendor accounts.

Plant Maintenance Coordinator Full Time Days Position Summary

Working lead, coordinates functions and activities related to a single departmental function and may provide limited supervision and/or shift supervision related to office and clerical functions. Coordinates the plant operation department’s daily function ensuring all customer needs are met.

Primary responsibilities include data input of work orders, organization of department filing, answering phones and word processing. Accepts, records and transmits information through the use of clerical skills and business technology. Maintains a variety of administrative files. Observes safety guidelines and safe work practices. Applies concepts of customer relations and advocacy.

SPECIAL SKILLS: Proficient in: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Handles office equipment materials. Requires close concentration with occasional periods of above average pressure.

THE PLANT MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR FT DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.

MINIMUM EDUCATION: High School graduate with emphasis on business, including typing, grammar and business communication.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Five years administrative experience.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Healthcare experience and one year supervisory experience preferred.
