Nurse Manager PCU Full Time Days

***$25,000 SIGN ON BONUS***

Position Summary

The Clinical Coordinator in collaboration with the Unit Director is responsible for the continuous safe operation of the assigned department including all aspects of patient care, staffing, fiscal responsibility and HR functions such as hiring, counseling, evaluations and scheduling. The Clinical Coordinator will have 24 hour/day accountability

THE NURSE MANAGER PCU FULL TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.

Qualifications

Key Qualifications

  • Experience with electronic scheduling systems, EMR, and on-line variance reporting
  • Knowledge of general nursing theories and practice

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Masters degree preferred.
  • 6 years nursing experience, 4 years experience medical-surgical, intermediate care, or critical care
  • 2 Years Leadership role and/or related experience.

Certifications/Licensure

  • Current unrestricted RN license in the State of South Carolina
  • Advanced certification in specialty field and/or participation in professional organization(s) encouraged
  • Must have current BLS certification and ACLS

Supervisory Responsibilities

40-65 Associates
