Human Resources Coordinator Full Time DaysPosition Summary
This position is responsible for the coordination of all activities and projects for the Human Resources Department and ongoing maintenance of organized, efficient systems to support the various functions of the department. Provides internal and external customer service.

Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. As the first point of contact for employees and new hires, this role will manage employee files, track licenses and certifications, oversee the onboarding process (including pre-employment paperwork and badges), and process HR transactions within our HRIS system. Additionally, you will collect and analyze data to create executive summaries highlighting key trends, manage the TRP Program, assist with the hospital newsletter, and post on hospital social media platforms. The HR Coordinator will also support various other HR projects, participate with employee engagement initiatives, and create visual materials using Canva to enhance communication and recognition within the organization.

THE HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR FULL TIME DAYSCANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.

EDUCATION

Required: High School Graduate or equivalent

EXPERIENCE

Required: 3 years in Human Resources support role

SPECIAL SKILLS:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), including advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities, working accurately, and maintaining independence in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Canva and experienced in creating and uploading content for social media platforms
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality
