Description

Position Summary
Responsible for coordination of implementing marketing initiatives region-wide for multiple Abrazo entities, including, but not limited to advertising, direct mail, communication tools and collateral, and newsletters. Assistance with strategic planning, newsletter writing and production, media relations, and branding for the region and its entities. This person will also oversee the budget and vendor relations.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Coordinates marketing efforts throughout Abrazo including promoting services lines, regional projects & branding initiatives, events, and sponsorships.  
  • Manages vendor relationships and projects to assist in producing items such as employee and physician newsletters, advertisements, flyers, brochures, media buys and partnerships  
  • Communicates and facilitates marketing events with marketing/community relations representatives at hospitals and facilities. 
  • Manages invoices and invoice log to ensure department is on budget  
  • Displays high level of creativity and applies it to new approaches to solutions 
  • Other related job tasks or responsibilities as assigned 

Qualifications

Qualifications 
 

  • Minimum requirements are a Bachelor's Degree with courses in marketing, journalism, communications and/or comparable education and experience and Five years in marketing/PR, preferably healthcare
