Occupational Therapist – Per Diem (Days)
Location: Abrazo Central Campus – Outpatient Lymphedema Clinic, Phoenix, AZ

Are you a compassionate Occupational Therapist with a passion for helping patients thrive? Are you newly certified or looking to specialize in lymphedema therapy? Abrazo Central Campus invites you to grow your career with us in our dedicated Outpatient Lymphedema Clinic!

We are seeking a Per Diem OT to join our collaborative and growing team—currently composed of one experienced Occupational Therapist and a therapy assistant. This is a specialized opportunity where you can learn from experts, receive on-the-job training, and earn your lymphedema certification while making a meaningful impact.

  • Supportive Team Environment – Work alongside a dedicated, experienced OT and assistant in a highly specialized outpatient setting.
  • Path to Full-Time – This Per Diem role is designed to grow into a full-time position within 18–24 months as we expand our clinic.
  • Flexible Shifts – We’re looking for someone who is eager to pick up as many shifts as possible while building a patient schedule.
  • Patient-Centered Care – Treat up to 6 patients per day with an emphasis on manual lymphatic drainage, therapeutic exercise, and compression techniques.
  • Holistic Approach – Collaborate with patients and their families to create long-term, sustainable self-management plans.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • An experienced Occupational Therapist with a strong interest in specializing in lymphedema care, but we will also train a motivated, newly certified graduate!
  • Someone eager to learn, grow, and develop a long-term role in a highly rewarding outpatient setting.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Qualifications:

  • Required Education: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Licensure: Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of Arizona
  • Certifications: Current CPR certification
  • Preferred Experience: At least 2 years as a practicing OT in an outpatient lymphedema setting (not required)
  • Special Note: Candidates without prior lymphedema experience but with a sincere interest are strongly encouraged to apply. We are excited to train the right person!
