Description

Candidate must reside in Phoenix, Arizona area
Hybrid Work Model- (50% in-office; 50% remote)
This critical role will be responsible for full-cycle physician recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully placing physicians in a variety of specialties and a deep understanding of the physician recruitment landscape.

- Proactively source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networking sites, and physician databases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physician candidates, hospital leadership, and other key stakeholders.
- The physician recruiter will work to meet the physician development strategies and goals identified in the Manpower Plan.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the process.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including verifying credentials, and checking references.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and track key metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate pipeline.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and relevant regulations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the onboarding and operations team to ensure a smooth transition for new physician hires.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience is required
Experience:
- Three years of experience in physician recruitment is required, preferably in a hospital or healthcare system setting
Required Skills:
- Proven track record of successfully placing physicians in a variety of specialties.
- Strong understanding of physician compensation models.
- Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with physician candidates and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
