Biomed Engineer Full Time Days Position Summary
Responsible for repair and maintenance of specific clinical equipment. Maintains documentation of all service events, performance tests and corrective maintenance performed on a wide range of equipment types.
Responsibilities
Reviews outcomes of preventive maintenance actions; audits service reports; delivers in-service education sessions to equipment users; maintains current knowledge of the clinical application of equipment, devices, instruments, and systems; develops new equipment PM and incoming testing procedures.
THE BIOMED ENGINEER FULL TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.
Education:
Must have Bachelor's degree in Clinical Engineering/related field or the equivalent combination of education and/or technical experience.
Experience:
Required: 7 years progressive responsibility in multiple clinical areas and/or multiple modalities
