Responsibilities:

Performs specimen receipt and distribution of laboratory specimens, labels tubes and specimen containers, collects specimens. Performs phlebotomist duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred: Completion of a phlebotomy program

Experience:

Required: Ability to complete blood draws independently within six-weeks of hire
Preferred: 6 months of laboratory experience

Performs routine technical and clerical functions. Performs venipuncture, specimen receipt and distribution of laboratory specimens.

Pay Range: $11.83 - $17.74 hourly **Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience
