RN PCU Full Time Days Position Summary
This role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
THE RN PROGRESSIVE CARE UNIT FUL TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.

Minimum Education: Associates degree in Nursing required.
Minimum Experience: Each candidate s previous clinical experience is reviewed to determine acceptable experience.One year of telemetry experience preferred.CCRN preferred.
Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside is required.Should you hold a RN license from another Compact state, you are required to apply for and obtain a Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside within 30 days.American Heart Association BLS CPR required.American Heart Association ACLS is required within 6 months of hire for PCU
