Supply Chain Supervisor Full Time Days Position Summary:

Supervises, trains, and assist with the performance assigned to Materials Management Techs and assigned Supply Chain Coordinators in the replenishment and planning of medical supplies. Performs IMMS inventory functions. Manages the daily processes and process improvement of the invasive procedure medical supplies. Coordinates resources with Management team to assure all service areas optimally staffed each day. Works with Management to resolve priority inventory and staffing resource issues. Exhibits leadership skills through own actions and service oriented attitude. Ability to remain focused and action oriented in a fastpaced environment contributing to patient safety and satisfaction. Builds strong communication program with employees, leads continuous improvement activities and works to build a strong cohesive team. Assists with special projects and communicates all changes with the Materials Management Director and other duties as assigned.

THE SUPPLY CHAIN SUPERVISOR FULL TIEM DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.

Education/Other Qualifications:

Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum Experience: 3 years of job-related experience. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills required. Computer experience with Microsoft Office, point-of-use systems, and MMIS also required.

Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: CMRP Certification preferred.
