POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM EDUCATION: High School Graduate or equivalent
PREFERRED EDUCATION: N/A
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 years in warehouse operations
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 2 years supervisory experience

General Functions:
Oversees shift activities related to receiving/stocking/selecting/shipping of medical supplies and equipment to hospital accounts
Supervises staff either in Receiving/Putaway or Order Selecting/Shipping.
Ensures staff adheres to stated Receiving/Putaway/Order Selecting/Shipping guidelines
Observes and corrects warehouse tech/clerk receiving/putaway/selecting/shipping practices
Follows proper inventory control guidelines to ensure the most accurate inventory
Applies min-management criteria for problem solving
Responds to all emergent supply requests, including shipping any required supplies to hospitals in need
Assists in responding to any discrepancies/errors reported by any of the facilities
Exhibits good verbal and written communication skills
Maintains BHS Distribution Center in a clean neat organized condition
Validates dated item management policy is adhered to
Maintains a safe working environment and communicating any safety concerns immediately to Operations Manager
Leads shift activities related to periodic inventories and cycle counts
Utilizes resources efficiently and effectively
Participates in Performance Improvement Activities
Completes other tasks/duties as assigned
Description
***$3,000 Sign-On Bonus Based Upon Experience***
Maintains supply stock locations. Receives and processes various supply orders. Delivers supplies to the desired destination. Builds orders for stock replenishment. Replenish crash carts and trays. Maintains and cleans stock locations. Disinfects, stores, and delivers moveable medical equipment. Loads and unloads materials within a warehouse or storage facility. Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, or other handling equipment to move material to and from the storage facility. Participates in physical inventory and cycle counts. Validate access permissions and checks in approved vendors. Works under immediate supervision. Reports to a supply chain manager or supervisor. Performs a variety of tasks as assigned.
