Job Summary
Under the supervision of the perioperative registered nurse, assists the surgeon during operative and invasive procedures. Performs additional duties related to the preparation and maintenance of a safe operating room environment. When on-call must arrive to the Hospital within 30 minutes.

Minimum Education:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Graduate of Surgical Technologist Program
Minimum Experience/Skills:
- Minimum of two (2) years recent experience as a Surgical Technologist preferred
Licenses/Certificates/Credentials:
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certification for Healthcare Providers (AHA certified);
- Certification in specialty preferred
