Wound Care Supervisor Full Time Days

Summary:
Assists the Director of Wound Care with day-to-day operations by performing a variety of secretarial and administrative duties, some of a confidential nature. Supervises the daily clinic operations and provides outstanding customer service. Maintains excellent organizational and communication skills with wound care staff and physicians, patients and visitors, and hospital staff where assertive but tactful demeanor is required. Collects patient intake information, obtains insurance authorization as necessary and schedules patient appointments Prepares correspondence, tracks and trends data, coordinates monthly staff meetings, including preparing meeting packets and minutes for the Director with little or no direction. Demonstrates excellent telephone etiquette with all incoming and outgoing calls within the Wound Healing Center. Assists all employees, patients, visitors and callers promptly and with courtesy. Edits payroll for wound care and dialysis departments. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Required: 3-5 years
