Quality AchievementProgram Coordinator Full Time Days Position Summary

The Quality Programs Coordinator leads certain system wide quality process improvement projects to include performing data analysis and entry, and report generation. Responsibilities include facilitating quality improvement initiatives that are in alignment with our system wide quality goals, data analysis, interpreting and reporting quality data for Piedmont Medical Center Hospital executive staff, medical staff, and appropriate teams and committees. Focus areas include leading the transitional care efforts for our acute care patients, working with external facilities to coordinate this care, and facilitating disease management for our high risk patient populations.

THE QUALITY ACHIEVEMENT PROGRAM COORDINATOR FULL TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.

Education/Other Qualifications:

Minimum Education: Associates in Nursing required. BSN preferred

Minimum Experience:

  1. 3 or year(s) of experience in a health care environment
  2. Experience in creation of spreadsheets and graphs and displaying statistical information on outcome measures preferred

Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: A valid Permanent Multi-State LPN or RN License from the state in which you reside is required. Should you hold a LPN or RN license from another Compact state, you are required to apply for and obtain a Multi-State LPN or RN License from the state in which you reside within 30 days.
