Qualifications

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years of related experience 

LICENSE

  • REGISTERED NURSE 

CERTIFICATION

  • BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
  • ACLS (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
  • PALS (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
  • HEALTHY INTERVENTIONS (WITHIN 30 DAYS)

Position Summary

The Director is a registered nurse who, using critical thinking skills, directs and evaluates patient care activities occurring within her/his assigned area of demonstrated clinical expertise. The director must have the ability to lead and motivate professional and ancillary staff to develop their practice, knowledge and skill base, while coordinating with other members of the health care team to ensure quality patient care.
